Complete robot evaluation & system backup
Preventative maintenance testing
Pre-grease inspection
Detailed status report, recommendations, & quote
Upon a decision to move forward:
Execution of all accepted recommendations
Replace grease and oil for all axis
Replace batteries and controller
Post-grease inspection
Documentation of any failures
Clean robot and controller
Re-paint per customer specification
Run final system testing
Run final buy-off online or offline
